"Um, guys, I don't know if you remember, but two of us are underage, there's no way I could pass for 18, Shay could though" "Oh yeah, I forgot about that" said B, he was a little disappointed. "Plus I can't dance that well, I've got the worst dancing legs ever!" "Actually I think you've got nice legs" ( I was wearing that skirt remember) "Oh, (blush) Um, thanks B" "Did I say something wrong?" "No! Nothing like that, it's just I'm not really used to getting compliments, that's all" "Really, I'm surprised" I was really blushing now, I practically had steam coming out of my ears, thankfully Kevin noticed. "Hey B-Rok, you're embarrassing her!" "Oh, sorry!" "That's OK B, I may not get many compliments, but that doesn't mean that when I get them I don't appreciate them, I'm just a little prone to blushing , that's all" "So what are we going to do? It'll have to be something we can all do, well, all do legally!" "Well, we could go play Nintendo on the bus" Suggested Nick "Hey, Frack, no offence, but 10 people can't play Nintendo at once." "Awwh, is my baby tired?!" B said after rushing to give me a hug. "No, not at all! Well, maybe a little, I've had an exciting day!" "OK, let's go to the bus, so if anyone's tired, they can use one of the bunks." B, what a sweetie! So we went to the bus, and because the SECC is practically in the middle of nowhere, we put on some music really loud, and AJ, Brianna, Holly, Howie, Kevin and Shay danced outside, Nick, Lauren, B and I danced on the bus, in the aisle. We were having a great time! "Hey, Rainey, I thought you couldn't dance?!" "I can't, it's just that you can't tell in small spaces" "Well, I think you dance pretty fine!" "You bust some moves pretty well yourself!" I think I’ve watched to many American soaps now!! (no offence to any Americans reading this!!) The next song that came on was 'When The Lights Go Out' By 5ive, and I couldn't resist signing along, they are one of my favourite groups besides the Backstreet Boys that is. "You like this song, Rainey?" asked Lauren. "Yup, I love 5ive, Rich is fine! He's like a little boy lost, you know? But sometimes I go for a bad boy, so I like J aswell." "Hey what about me??" "Don't worry B, no matter how many guys I like, you're still my number 1 - always will be" "You mean that?" "Of course, and you've got the added bonus that my dad likes you - that makes you practically a God!" Brian held me close for the rest of the song, so close I could feel his heart beat. "B, your heart is racing, what's the matter?" "Don't worry, it's beating that fast for you" "Really? I make your heartbeat race like that?" "Yup" "Wow" "And I can feel your heart racing too" "It's racing for you, you know" Just then the song finished, and on came 'Nice and Slow' by Usher. "Mmm, I love Usher" I said, still in B's arms. "Oh yeah, that boy is fine!!" answered Lauren. "Frack, I think we have competition!" joked B, looking over at Nick, and catching his eye. "You maybe right there, Frick!" Nick said, playing along. "Awwh, guys, you know we're only playing" I said, playing with B's hair. "And even if we weren't, we'd choose you guys over him any day" Now it was Lauren's turn to play with Nick's hair. "Really, you meant that?" they said together "No contest" we said together. "Cool" said Nick, holding Lauren closer. "Well, I feel much better." Now B was holding me closer, and I could feel his heart again. "Do you? 'Cos your heart is still racing" "Well, yours is too" "I know" I said as I rested my head on his shoulder. "Is my baby tired again?" "No, I could go on all night, you ready for it B-man?!" "Sure thing Rain - let's go for it!" The next song that came on the CD player was ' Got The Feelin'' by 5ive. "Woo, woo, go 5ive!!" I shouted, pulling away from B, so I could do the dance moves. "Here we go again with the beats, We got your heads bumping now you're jumping from your seats, if this is what you're wanting over there, throw your hands up in the air, 'cos you know we bring the sound so unique. Now everybody's moving, everybody's grooving, getting down with 5ive when we come your way, move it to the left, now shake it to the right, 'cos you know we gotta keep this party pumping through the night" "You know this song then?!" "Yup, I love it. If you've got the feelin', jump up to the ceiling, ah, we're getting down tonight, one if you're gonna, two if you wannna, three 'cos everything's all right. If you've got the feeling, let's stop the dreaming, ah, we're getting down tonight, it's just round the corner, tell me if you wanna, 5ive'll make you feel all right" I broke out into the dance moves at the chorus, and everyone was saying "Go Rainey, Go Rainey, Go Rainey, Go Rainey!" "Phew, that wore me out!" I said when I was done "What, you're stopping after one song - I thought you were the one challenging me?!" "Ah, my dear Brian, I said I was worn out, yes, but I'm not stopping - we're going until someone dies!" "I can handle that!" On came 'Too Close' by Next. "This is a bit of a sexy song isn't it?!" I heard AJ say from outside. "Well, that means you'll just have to dance sexy, won't you?!" added Brianna. "Hey, does that go for the rest of us?" asked Nick, I looked over, and he had a mischievous grin on his face and a twinkle in his eye, I smiled at Lauren, who had heard the tone of his voice. "Sure does, you up to it, Nicky?" said Lauren playfully. " I hate it when people call me Nicky, it's only because I like you I'm not putting you in a headlock!" "That didn't stop you on stage" "Well, I've changed since then" "Woah, Frack, YOU, CHANGE? In the space of two hours - that's a miracle!" "Shut up Frick, I meant my feelings have changed" "Nick, does that mean..." I started "What?" He was shy, and a little defensive "Does that mean, you like Lauren?" "What do you mean, I liked her when I picked her to come on stage" "I know that, I didn't mean like her, I meant like her, like her" "Oh right, I get you, um, yeah I do now" "You do what? I'm confused." said Lauren "I think Nick should be the one to tell you, should we leave you two alone?" I asked. "Yeah, let's dance with the others outside" said B. "So, is it getting so steamy in there that you needed to get out?!" "AJ! I can't believe you just said that!" I exclaimed, blushing hard, and I looked at B, who was blushing, but not as badly. "Sorry, so why are you guys out here?" "Frack is trying to tell Lauren he likes her, and Rain here thought we should leave them to it." "Rain? Awwh, ain't that cute, they've started on the cute pet names already! Oops, I've made her blush again!" "Well, I'll just have to stop you saying thing like that then, won't I AJ?!" "Brianna, what do you me..." He was cut short by Brianna kissing him on the lips. When they finished, AJ was blushing. "AJ, looks like I'm not the only one who blushes easily!" "Huh? Oh," was all he could manage. "That looks like fun, you wanna have a go, Shay?" asked Kevin. "Why not - I see no harm in it" So they went round to the back of the bus, and indulged in some serious mouth exploration - as did Holly and Howie, and AJ and Brianna started up again. I was a bit shy, and I think B noticed. "Do you want to go back on the bus, I think Nick will have told Lauren he likes her by now." "Sure, I like it in there, it's really homely, plus, I must admit, I'm getting a little cold." "well, my lady, your carriage awaits!" He said in a kind of posh English accent. "Oh B, you're funny" "I know!" "Oh, modest too, does your list of talents never end?!" "It probably will, one day!" and so, we got back on the bus.
